Yes, we can get 12MHz clock and clear 5V form DSP. This system is listed below:

CM108 has to get 5V from DSP first, and then get the 12MHz clock by DSP(via pin8 of CM108AH). CM108AH will then configure USB descriptions to host. The PDSW of CM108 has to be linked to DSP via a GPIO pin in order to shut down the 5V when suspend mode of the host occurs.
